The only reason its 4, not 5 stars is that the job took twice the amount of time we estimated, and needed a lot more people. Neither of these are his fault. He worked hard, and it turned out to be not trivial. He hadn't committed that it'll take only 1 hr, so that part is fine too. However, it got done because, I was able to rope in my teenagers and we all worked together. If I was not able to get extra help, we'd have been stuck and not able to complete the task. Since I'd sent photographs and dimensions, I think someone with a bit more experience would have been able to realize this is a bigger task and get extra help. That said, I'd use him again for smaller moving tasks. Help Moving
