Othello was immediately available next day. He and his assistant took care of loading the vanity (which was still packaged and in its box; ~230lbs) into my car. We all drove to my house, and then they unloaded the vanity and carried it all the way to the bedroom/bathroom. Othello was amazing and so nice.
